I downloaded the Spectrum TV app on my tablet. When I open the app and click on sign-in, the screen immediately goes to a purple leaf screen with no access to signing in. App has been uninstalled and reinstalled and the results are the same. The app works fine on my phone and another tablet. How can I sign in on this app?

When watching Live TV, I was pleased that the picture quality was better than that provided with the standard cable box. However, after working with the Xumo, there were significant downsides to the Xumo vs the cable box. The guide is not as informative. Details and descriptions of the episode are not available when scrolling through the guide.
